Recognizing that a trip to the dentist can be an intimidating experience, the design team strove to develop a warm, inviting atmosphere, providing the comfort of one’s own living room to the patients of WDA. To develop this relaxed feeling, new flooring, architectural millwork, custom countertops, decorative tile, and new light fixtures were installed throughout the space. Custom artwork was designed for the entry wall, and the hand-woven art is now a centerpiece for the clinic. Playful, handcrafted artwork of vintage toothbrushes brings further color and whimsy to the space. This family-friendly approach to design reflects the charm and care brought to patients by the clinic’s ownership.
