Aaron Carman

Operations Manager

An accomplished woodworker and cabinetmaker, Aaron previously owned an architectural millwork company and holds a degree in fine arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a dedicated craftsman with an eye for detail, and equally passionate about forging solid working relationships and processes as he is about good design and making things. Aaron has an extensive background in operations and project management, is a licensed general contractor, and has overseen and personally constructed residential and commercial new construction and remodeling projects of all scales over his 25-year career. As co-founder of Amy Carman Design and now Carman Made, he is enthusiastic about supporting the key talent and resources essential to providing the high-end service clients deserve. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys guitar playing, songwriting, and working on projects in his home woodshop.

Hynst, Amanda

Amanda Hynst

Project Manager

Passionate, empathetic and relationship focused. Amanda strives to create a turn key experience for our clients. She comes with more than twenty years of experience in the construction field. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Carroll University. She has worked on various parts of the building process ranging from design, implementation, estimating, project managing and team development. Cultivating long-term relationships with talented trade professionals is a key component of success in this business. Working as not only the supplier, but as the builder/developer has shown her the importance of connecting the dots on all aspects of the building process. This experience gives her a unique perspective and appreciation for detail in every project she's involved in.
