“Working in a luxury high-rise condominium is always a logistical challenge. We pride ourselves on our team’s ability to plan, adapt, and be as efficient as possible despite difficult site conditions.” – Aaron Carman; Operations Manager
A marquis space on the 27th floor of the University Club residential tower in downtown Milwaukee warrants skilled project management and teamwork. We refinished all the hardwood floors throughout, removing thick granite flooring from the foyer and replacing it with beautiful Italian porcelain tile. The serene new entryway greets guests with a custom grass cloth mural and the main living space is now defined by a stunning built-in library wall in riftsawn white oak, with nickel hardware and picture lighting to display the owners’ books, photos, and keepsakes. The laundry room and powder bath were fully renovated as well.
