Carman Made / Projects

Menomonee Parkway

This family recognized the potential for big dreams to come true in the small space, but a few logistical concerns needed addressing first. Before Carman Made could build in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, a powder bathroom, or move any walls, asbestos needed removing, piping and mechanics needed rearranging for efficiency, and floors needed replacing. Beyond that, the task of arranging a laundry room, half-bathroom, exercise room, living room, and movie room into 1,000 square feet created its own puzzle. Despite the assortment of challenges, however, this beautiful home is now a source of maximum enjoyment for the whole family.

“We were looking to update our basement and create a more usable, practical, and comfortable space for our growing family. Carman Made was able to transform the space from a dated 1920s basement into a functional, gorgeous lower level, while still being cognizant of a family friendly design and the needs of a large family. Aaron and Amanda were true to their word, on-time, and delivered an incredible product. We always felt that they had our best interest at heart, and no corner was ever cut. When we move forward with another home project, we will not hesitate to use Carman Made.” – S & K
