Carman, Aaron

Aaron Carman

Operations Manager

An accomplished woodworker and cabinetmaker, Aaron previously owned an architectural millwork company and holds a degree in fine arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a dedicated craftsman with an eye for detail, and equally passionate about forging solid working relationships and processes as he is about good design and making things. Aaron has an extensive background in operations and project management, is a licensed general contractor, and has overseen and personally constructed residential and commercial new construction and remodeling projects of all scales over his 25-year career. As co-founder of Amy Carman Design and now Carman Made, he is enthusiastic about supporting the key talent and resources essential to providing the high-end service clients deserve. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys guitar playing, songwriting, and working on projects in his home woodshop.

Chris Giese

Project Manager

As a skilled project manager with a foundation in carpentry, cabinetmaking, and years of hands-on experience, Chris Giese brings a unique blend of practical expertise and innovative problem-solving to Carman Made. Originally from a trades background, Chris has evolved into a versatile manager, tackling complex remodeling projects with precision and efficiency. Chris knows the ins-and-outs of construction from both field and office perspectives. Valuing open communication and a collaborative approach to problem-solving, he focuses on bringing the client’s vision to life with exceptional attention to detail. Chris’s goal is to ensure every project not only meets client expectations but stands as a testament to the craftsmanship and detail that define Carman Made. Outside of work, Chris is hands-on with DIY projects, enjoys tinkering with computers, working on cars, and has a passion for music and gaming, all of which add depth to his creative problem-solving approach on the job.
